Over 35 years real-world experience
Frank Cummins partners with senior leaders
and executives, one-on-one, to increase effectiveness by strengthening their leadership capabilities.
FRANK CUMMINS, MBA
Certified Hudson Institute Coach

Prior to becoming a coach, Frank held top executive human resource roles in non-profit healthcare systems. He also spent nearly 13 years in leadership positions for a Fortune 500 manufacturer, as well as in state government. He has over 35 years of actual experience in leadership and executive coaching in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
Drawing on his extensive experience as an executive, leader, and coach, Frank has the ability to quickly develop trust with clients by demonstrating sincerity, competence and caring. They value his collaborative, personal style and view him as a trusted partner and sounding board in their effort to realize and execute on their personal priorities and goals.
Frank draws upon a career spanning 35+ years, but he first observed real world leadership as a young United States Navy Communications Specialist working for The Commander of the 7th Fleet. What he observed was a powerful, successful leader dealing with enormous issues. This Commander treated even an 18-year-old petty officer with dignity and respect. Frank has never forgotten that lesson.
